Konfiguration an IAXmodem

Die fürs IAXmodem vorkonfigurierte config.ttyIAX ins config Verzeichnis kopiern und anpassen:

cp /usr/share/doc/iaxmodem/examples/config.ttyIAX /etc/hylafax/config.ttyIAX0
nano /etc/hylafax/config.ttyIAX0

Wichtige Änderungen:

CountryCode:            49
AreaCode:               1234
FAXNumber:              +49 1234 56789
LongDistancePrefix:     0
InternationalPrefix:    00
DialStringRules:        etc/dialrules.europe
TagLineFormat:          "Fax von %%l|%c|Seite %%P von %%T"
LocalIdentifier:        "Musterstraßen Mann"

(FAXNumber und LocalIdentifier stehen dann immer im Kopf)

(nix mit addfaxmodem, faxsetup o.ä. machen, debian hat seine config files in /etc, das init Skript synchronisiert dann das /etc dir mit /var/spool/hylafax…)

Client Einstellungen

in /etc/hylafax/hyla.conf anpassen:

hier zB nötig:

FontPath: /usr/share/cups/fonts

testen mit sendfax -n -d 0123456789 bla.pdf

Fax Wiederholungsversuche entfernen mit: faxrm # wobei # die Jobnummer ist.

Faxempfang Testen

Vorraussetzung: sendmail funktioniert

nano /etc/hylafax/FaxDispatch

(Debian synchronisiert wieder nach /var/spool/…)

Dazu muss natürlich postfix funktionieren (oder ein anderer MTA)!
